At Apex Titanium, we stand behind the durability and craftsmanship of our premium home goods. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the titanium hardware or home accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all components and protective inserts are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package over any existing labels.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your original payment method will be credited within 5-7 business days.
